United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra (UWNNS) celebrated 80 years of local impact by coming together to volunteer across northern Nevada for our inaugural Week of Caring presented by Scheels. Week of Caring provided an opportunity for our community to come together, make an impact, and help our neighbors. We had an impressive turnout with 141 volunteers participating across 5 counties and representing over 25 companies in our community with a total of 270 hours of volunteer time!
