United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra (UWNNS) provides funding for qualified families to enroll their 4-year old children in high-quality Pre-K experiences with private early learning centers in northern Nevada. UWNNS is pleased to partner with the Nevada Department of Education and United Way of Southern Nevada to implement the Nevada Ready! State Pre-K program in our region. UWNNS will provide high-quality Pre-K for up to 163 children who otherwise would not have access. UWNNS is focused on partnering with private early learning centers in our rural communities throughout northwestern Nevada.

UWNNS is currently recruiting and selecting private early learning centers to create Nevada Ready! State Pre-K classrooms and reserve spaces for qualified children for the 2021-2022 academic year. Our partner centers are enrolling children now. Enrollment is completed directly with participating early learning centers. Please find information on centers below.
