Youth Opportunity
The SAFE program helps Northern Nevada residents facing financial hardship by providing up to $500 annually for utility bills. Administered by United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra and supported by the NV Energy Foundation, SAFE fills urgent gaps alongside state and federal energy aid programs.
