United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra invites YOU to volunteer with us to bring fun read aloud experiences to local children in Reno-Sparks!
2 Ways to Get Involved:
- Volunteer for a virtual read aloud with a local classroom!
- Thursdays, June 24th - July 22nd
- Links (Microsoft Teams) and details will be shared after sign-up
- Record a video of you reading a book aloud to be shared with families on social media!
- Weekly Video due every Wednesday
Thank you for joining us to encourage children to read and learn this summer. Together we will promote knowledge gains versus knowledge loss known as the "summer slide!"
